Right that's what I mean, so you think they are slowly offloading. When they start selling, would it not trigger a change in substantial holding notice?
Judging by the current market depth and daily trade volume, they probably would be able to sell 40M-50M before it hits 1c, then what? How will they offload their remaining 200M before we get a change in substantial holding notice?
