I don't believe they have to provide a notice immediately - only within a reasonable period of time. I actually think (without doing the maths, so I may be wrong) they were over the substantial holder threshold prior to the CR. That's not the point though - I'm not suggesting they are going to dump their 200mil holdings. I'm suggesting that the CR may have been strategically done at a premium to buy TV2 some time. We have all been on saying how great the CR at a premium has been and that it means good things are imminently around the corner - the sp has reflected that sentiment. However, would the sp have held up as well if the CR was done at 1c? TV2s latest attempts at fluff announcements have not fooled anyone or supported the sp, so I wonder if this is a new attempt at smoke and mirrors?
