Yep. 5% voting power. That's my point about Cancun who by the look of the Appendix A that was submitted sold enough shares to drop below the threshold last year, therefore they should have lodged a "Ceasing to be a Substantial Holder" notice, and then accumulated enough to then be back above the threshold so should have lodged another notice. For every 1% of voting power you change, you're supposed to lodge a notice so not every time you purchase or sell but if your overall power changes by 1% then you need to lodge a change. This is an ASIC requirement, not ASX.
