I believe the OTT content licensing requirements are Brazil specific. Different countries in the LATAM area may have different requirements so I wouldn't rely on that to cross off any deals happening. I do agree though, Indosat is the lower hanging fruit and will likely drop first. But I think expansion won't be far behind. Everything will come into place at the right time to create a sellable proposition come CR time. NF will have created immense value if retail investors participate. That is his real talent IMHO.
