To put a controversial opinion out there, I think SCM has done a pre-orchestrated back flip. He (or she) didn't want to risk the hit to their credibility after long ago taking such a strong stance about this quarterly. The fact that a T20 holder would tip their hand the night before a qtrly will be dropped on open is just not believable to me. SCM was never going to sell IMHO. The screen grabs of the updates to the staging platform are appreciated research, but tbh you could of just said you changed your mind because we're so close.
