    Another way to look at this is companies with MD who have s very big stake in the company tend to not make stupid decisions and can grow in a phenomenal way . Dicker data is an exMs that comes to mind. I prefer a dedicated MD them a board of free riders collecting checks and sucking the company dry of Capital
