Rattle its true that this acquisition is months overdue due to finalising the funding. But the point of this announcement imo is that they now have a concrete plan B so are eliminating the reliance on the original funder which has been the source of the delay, and have communicated it to the market.

Judging by the market response so far it has decided to wait & see if the company now delivers on plan B, which imo is fair enough given the delays so far.
