James this has been a "new" company many times. Don't discount the fact this is try number 5 with a different company name.

There have been many CR under different names, what is different?
There have been many director changes as well, with experts in the field, what is different?

Once deals are done and the process runs smoothly then a CR could be easier to swallow.
Buying in now is great for potential investors who think this company can get a project done.
But remember this could just be ground hog day.

Why is everyone so stale? lol, maybe you didn't do your research... Name one good thing this company has done. You can't say "this deal" as nothing has been done yet.

Hope all us "stale" holders are wrong and we get some money back
