we are certainly sorry that many have taken losses and chosen to sell and crystalise losses.
my focus is being in the game.

the building of the business.

that excites and interests me.

i admire those who dare to create.

i know the long gestation period for all projects /. : dreaming, pre feasibility, feasibility, purchasing, planning, designing ,costing , permitting , liaison, negotiation , more detailed costing reports, pre finance negotiations, approval permits, approval finance, pre construction, site works, construction programming, costing, variations, construction, staged costing, staged permits completion, handover, plant and equipment, testing, etc. etc. etc..

some are more like accountants and really are not suited to investment unless it's bhp or nab bank.
even then, they won't be happy.

i say, let them do what they know how to do , don't pretend to be the armchair expert.

know your limitations.
