Capital Raising
The Company has received firm commitments for a capital raising of $1,350,000 (before costs) at a price
of $0.015 per share by way of placement to professional and sophisticated investors (Capital Raising).
Vert Capital has been appointed Lead Manager to the Capital Raising and will be paid a fee of 6% of
the amount raised. Following completion of the Capital Raising, the Company’s cash position will be in
excess of $5m.
Subject to shareholder approval, the Directors intend to subscribe, in aggregate, for $250,000 worth of
shares in the Capital Raising.
