And its just keep getting better... IAM team is now among the best looking management teams IMO... Investing with smart people is the easiest way to be successful in my own experience and the IAM is fully loaded with financial industry veterans now... when it comes to offshore thingy, its hard to find some one better than Mark Fisher IMO... and MW we all know him well for his shell success... However, this might be the best he have done in his shell career so far IMO...
As I said a team full of excellent people... The most interesting bit re MR, MF, PC and CB is.. they are not on 10 boards so its an important job for them... also they are joining with enthusiasm and passion which is reflective from their statements when they join...
