Theyre hinting something, BPO clients in the pipeline already perhaps. If not they are definitely confident things will go global.
Anyways we are heading to that 4.2 danger zone going to take a smack of volume to take it out. Given the news wouldnt be surprised if a broker just comes in and cleans it all up...we soaked 4cents for quite a while so someone was happy to clean up the supply there.
