After reading all the comments here first, I thought we had recruited Allan Moss. Until I checked LinkedIn.

"exMacQ Head"?

I don't think so. His current role at MacQ is "Assistant State Leader". As per his LinkedIn profile:

"The key focus of the role is to grow the Macquarie Private Wealth business in NSW. Main responsibilities include adviser recruitment, lead generation, business planning, and advice coaching to the NSW network."

Imo, that is a few levels down from "head".

Anyway, the market likes the appointment or maybe they like his new title better. I think it is the latter, as it gives an insight into IAM strategy. Personally, I was always wondering about how growth may continue beyond Milestone 4. Now I have a better understanding. Awesome!
