Taking a critical analysis - Grants will not come until work is confirmed, work will come when our Clients & Partners are good and ready. There is a flood of Chinese EVs building. EU EVs & thus EVB Manufacturers may just capitulate. A wider focus on issues and potential issues can often benefit analysis.
NB. more clarification may come from Executive before EGM, and votes can be changed via LINK portal. However, at this point I consider potential extra 12% (*full Oppie dilution) a necessary contingency.
