Maybe or maybe the broker used put them over a barrel and requested options to get the allocation filled in rapid time, the minimal funding the options will bring is not going to change much at all (if they are still relying on $4.8m in 12 months time we are pretty much up the creek without a paddle) but will put severe pressure on the market cap as heads are dropped, and as captain pointed out change the registry significantly. When the placement was issued from my understanding it was filled by the afternoon of the first day so can’t say the overly generous discount and free options offer didn’t work.
