HI Levelhead All shareholders were provided with information that Options weren't garenteed and voting of awarding the options would be down to the shareholders thats did not participate in the Capital raising that had those same options attached. Therefore I don't know where you got the idea that a refund could be received. A thorough understanding of the terms would have been best before submitting any purchase into a Capital Raise
