To me there is something very strange with this CR.
Even though it was "oversubscribed " the market did not get any pressure in the days following in price or volume. so there was noone that missed out and played catchup at a lower price?
It is also not a good review of the BOD to push a good deal. Almost anything can be sold at substantially bellow market price.
The nonews is good news mantra is a.so in the spotlight. We have to wait for a trade show in Europe to hear how our company's tech is advancing. The BOD seems to have forgotten who collectively owns the company.
If they sign a deal soon hopefully it will be better than Ellume or the CR.
