Interesting question- an article I read says the anode costs around 12-15% of an EV battery.
A Tesla S EV battery replacement (retail) is around USD$20-35k, according to Elon in an interview.
Conservatively $2000-4000USD, however the performance benefits either in weight or mileage is the kicker.
I'd cut and paste the quotes/links but my phone won't let me. Feel free to challenge the maths.
