Adesto is based in Santa Clara, so logical he would be West Coast based.
NVMemory was only a part of what Adesto did.
In Feb 2020: "Dialog will acquire Adesto for $12.55 per share in cash, or for approximately $500 million enterprise value." So AUD$700M
Although I'd argue that Dialog bought Adesto largely for its IoT connectivity products, not necessarily the NVM. I'd also argue Dialog got Adesto cheap.
WBT is a much better prospect than Adesto at a time of higher need for creating a better NVM solution.
Its simplicity combined with improving on the industry status quo across all performance metrics makes it
a very good potential successor.
Again, WBT just needs to stick to the prime objective of "a better flash" and not get distracted from this goal.
