Not struggling with commercialisation, just optimising for commercialisation. There are technical development and proofing activities with our R&D partner Leti (selector and layering etc) and there are commercialisation activities with our partners, fab and design.

I think they've just split the R&D with Leti from the commercialisation path. CTO (Chief Technology Officer) vs CCO (Chief Commercialisation Officer). We are progressing across both embedded and discrete and both are big pieces of work to do right. Again, you dont do this if you are still working out if the technology is workable. Its all about the best way to execute.

Its another of the leading Israeli silicon leaders joining the company due to its strategy and likelihood to succeed. Are they just jumping on the bus? He wouldnt jump on if it wasnt going to get to the destination. That is only encouraging.

I think the question is more do they have skills to increase the chance of maximising the return to shareholders? I think this hire does.
