I think WBT is technically an Australian incorporated (and listed) company, led by Israelis with Israeli and Australian offices, based originally on US intellectual property licensed by Rice University, with new intellectual property jointly developed and owned with Leti in France, with international patents, with a French presence (subsidiary company and employees?) and French government rebates. May be wrong.
