Hi @hamish$invest,
I reckon the first thing they need to do before any US listing is increase their revenue and value.
I remember back a few years ago, Henry dangling the carrot of a US listing but the market cap was not sufficient for consideration or it just fell off the table.
Taking Richard's lead and in my opinion the priority for the new dude is increasing recurring revenue seems to be an area to maximise, plus increasing sales of MABR and maybe acquisitions to open up further opportunities. Then let's see how the cards fall.
Me personally, a US listing is neither here nor there. It might be useful to attract a buyer. As @vango said, I'd be happy with $1 per share. I want to see increased revenue/profit and a reduction in costs before any talk of US listing.
What do I know? I bought in on blue sky.
cheers
