And IMO it will be a at least a 2-3 years away before the business will be in a state where it will be a target & at a valuation that Ronald Lauder & Richard will be happy to offload.

In terms of the placement, its neither here nor there in terms of size.. but it does provide a bit of buffer given the large swings in cash balance... what is more interesting is that very strong buy-in from Doug (US$1.9m), who is probably looking to make 50X on that judging by his ability to offload businesses at $1bn+.

Great point about valuation that Ron and Richard would be happy to offload.

Unless both have been averaging down over the last 5 years, I would hope anything north of .85 cents would be a starting point considering thats what Ron bought in back in 2017. (From memory anyway).

Anyway, plenty of water to go under the bridge over the next phase of Fluence development and growth.
