I agree with you entirely. The scenario you painted so succinctly makes perfect sense. This is the most "public" private deal that I have ever seen in my years of investing in public markets. And It is so very easy to miss the significance of the action if one has not been following the developments for the past few years.

Getting into the US markets is an imperative and the last great piece of the puzzle. No major US Fund, or listing authority, would want to invest in FLC, or allow the company to list in the USA, unless the USA is a significant part of the business. Richard knows this. He has done the difficult bits in setting the business in the rest of the world. Now, it is imperative that he sews up the USA.

As you said, the company is groomed for an exit. Well said.
