interesting to read report and note that lease is for 25 years... with an option to operate on site for 5 years??? how does that work?

5m annual lease + CPI... I wonder what potential generation income can be made from the site in the way of increased firming = higher uptake of fpotential sales listed in prior report.... you would think in the order of magnitudes?
