I really hope Shell takes interest to be honest. They recently picked up ERM as a leader in the C&I retail space, and have started to develop generation of their own (a solar farm in Queensland). It would be a natural move for them to make, but they have probably been bleeding cash with the oil glut as of late, and may not have the desire to spend the cash (though they do have plenty of it)
