Very disappointed. I valued IFN at good value up to about $1.20, and that was before these offers came in.
Iberdrola's ann lists all the advantages to it if the offer goes ahead. We current shareholders could have those advantages too if we were to hold on. It is my policy in these cases to hold on till the bitter end, even if we end up as minority shareholders.
