Market thinks there will be a better offer. I am guessing 90c plus is what buyers today want.

I am happy to wait until after EOFY at least as I have just balanced off my dud portfolio members to get CGT to a reasonable level and this boon will ruin that. I would prefer to get a higher offer if possible and failing that pay a lot less tax on the profit. I can also invest that tax component for another year if I sell after June.

I don't expect there will be any FIRB decision until at least a month anyway.
