Seems a sensible strategic move to me.Essentially the auctioneer saying "we're on the market and will be sold" with the TCI arrangement meaning a 2 month timeframe for better or best offer to come forward. Will flush out others bidders if they have interest in the assets at higher prices.
2 bidders at present. The highest bid, whatever that ends up being, will be what market price is for these assets.
