quick look shows the non-executive team held around 260,000 shares as of last EOFY... just under a billion shares in the company (970million)...
so a pittance holding really with LTI options not yet taken up... can they take exercise them during a TO???
Lists R Rolfe as holding 130K shares... but also shows his salary included ~500K of equity based payments in FY2018 (~$222k) & FY2019 (~$300k)... this doesn't seem to add up to me. What could I be missing??? Could the equity based payments be the LTI options?
Brookfield still holds 9% and Vinva holds another 5% - no word on what they are doing with these holdings yet... that 14% could become key with the way things are shaping up.
