The offers are OK but the stock is worth $1.2 IMO if you do the math at 10% return. Where on the planet right now can you secure a business with solid income for 10%.
Smithfield has barely been fired up and the company can still grow significantly its PPA portfolio.
Within a few years this stock will be trading above $2 (provided more PPA are locked is as there is work to still do)
its everyone choice to sell out if they wish but IMO the stock is still undervalued. Sell now lose 30% of your margin in tax or wait till July.
