I'm really impressed with the increased stability in this business. The debt was a concern of mine when I jumped on board this one, but it has steadily decreased at a reasonable rate, whilst at the same time adding valuable additions to the company asset portfolio.

A brave move my management to keep stacking on the assets even with that debt load, but it looks to be a very smart strategy to develop consistent/stable revenue.
