    This presentation is really encouraging. Glad to see progress towards refinancing. I agree with the sentiments on here that refinancing (along with additional projects) will lead to a re-rating. Also, great buying price at the moment (even post CR).

    I'd be interested to see if anyone has run the numbers on possible future project costs. Using rough costs of $2 mil per MW of wind generation:

    Forsayth (70MW) (130-150 mil)
    Flyers Cross (110 - 145MW) (220 - 290 mil)
    Cherry Tree (45 -- 55MW) (90 - 110 mil)

    I would expect it to be moderately cheaper (especially at this solar farm can use existing power infrastructure to connect to grid:

    Capital Solar (50MW) ($75 - 100 mil)

    Any thoughts on which projects would be next? With $214.6 mil in cash (excluding funds for Bodangora), I wonder if IFN would take on a 50-50 debt/cash approach to new projects? Of all things, this is what I'm hoping to see after the company refinances its debt (strategy to financing new projects)
