Hey, GNX may be more attractive to eg AGL or ORI or EA. IMHO, we are seeing an invisible Dutch Auction. IFN showed it has good nerves with its Smithfield purchase, eighteen months on the market. I don't think the economics of the SA diesel/gas lease are nearly as attractive as Smithfield.

Also opportunity in the John Laing realisation - and who is to say these are the only generating assets on the market.

Big falls in oil and gas prices can only bring forward the closure of coal generators as gas generation becomes relatively more attractive.

IFN has good cashflows and capacity to invest. There is no need to hurry.
