    If you read my post again please, it is obviously self-evident that I recognize Miles' retirement since October,

    If IFN governance is to scratch, Miles still has his stock vesting regardless of retirement.

    IFN would need to separately disclose that the Board had gifted Miles the unvested stock under ASX and ASIC rules.

    So Miles' stock still vests under his Remuneration Award grants and time expiration.

    Anyone eligible to participate in the CR might like to look into the vestitures as when the stock vests, Miles may want to offload the stock on-market causing a drag on the SP IMHO.

    IFN is not the most liquid of stocks and an overhang of asks may hurt holders but pls DYOR.
