from what I can read on standard ASX guidelines... delisting requires a special resolution... which means 75% of vote and evidence to ASX that shares are too thinly held, illiquid or consistently undervaluing the business

Obviously - the company trust constitution would also probably have something in it on this matter also.
Realistic chance that 75% may not get hit... but until we start seeing results of offer coming through - it is very hard to call.
