historical average price for TCI would be very telling here...I would think that they will be holding on for at least a 20% profit themselves.
I feel this company as it now stands is worth a dollar at least... plus the TO premium of foregoing future earnings! 50% TO premium isn't unreasonable for a company in this position IMO
