Totally expected the finance facility to be refinanced through Iberdola treasury as the change to majority holding breached existing finance terms
"independant director considers transaction arms length" - obviously they have to disclose it was arms length... but the wording amused me somewhat... 3 year term could indicate they have a reasonably long lead to full integration???
Will be interesting to see when Flyers Creek gets financial close with Iberdola as the financier - I expect the answer will be "very soon"
