Well I liked the story when I took a position a while back @ 5.1 and watched sp go to 6.7 ...nearly sold then but held as I'm a med/long term holder ( as much as you can be at 70 yrs! ) and I live here ( Bots ) so it gives me an interest in the area which I pass through fairly regularly.
I liked it at 5.1 and I like it even more at 4.1 and so bought more this morning ( 4.1) and some cash in hand should it ( heaven forbid ) dip to @ 3.6 !
