    Yip - sounds about right. 50% dilution. That will hurt.

    Other problem will be convincing shareholders (current and new) to pump more money into the company, given that they have nothing to show for their past endeavours - except a low grade saprolite/laterite (I lost interest, not sure which one it turned out) resource which is uneconomical to develop, even under the most bullish of nickel scenarios.
