Major stock holders would be aware of what’s what before commiting and management would have run by existing soph’s so I don’t think there’s any concern. Retail investors with their piddly positions compared to the big money are always last to know, and AQX wouldn’t raise $7m in this climate by big money on hope and a prayer.
