Completely understand your feeling @jortexx! I put it down to time. It is just taken time for this to get recognized. At the end of the day they'll be doing everything they can to get the price moving soon. For their performance shares to be issued they need to have the share price above 40cents for a month this year.
My bet is they won't let those performance shares slip by.
