This will not be very favourable to PEX shareholders as we go to them with a bowl in hand.
The correct thing to do will be what SDV (previously INL) shareholders did. The previous management could not get any traction with the market for years on end. The MD was changed (less than a year back) and share price has increased by 12 to 15 times in space of months.
Sometimes the solution is staring you in the face and shareholders have to make the tough decision irrespective of what the incumbent management thinks.
This will not be very favourable to PEX shareholders as we go to...
