@Stock12345, do you think this flurry of announcements could have anything to do with an early CR - trying to pump whilst there is still a little bit of money in the coffers?
That way people are less suspicious that there's one on the way, and it can be done at potentially higher prices than might otherwise be possible when everyone is anticipating a raise in the immediate term.
