1. Building cash flow resilience through more effective cost control independent of further capital raise processes
2. Review of executive remuneration and associated conditions in context of delivered outcomes and resultant shareholder value
3. Review of capital raise strategy and medium to long term dilution of shareholder value and how this relates to executive and BoD fiduciary duties
