For me the prize is an open pit followed by an underground.
Open pit ops of scale above 1.7gt are a pretty rare occurrence these days.
Look at the huge sections around the mineralised zone that have yet to even see a drill bit!
People called me crazy when I was yelling from the rooftops about how prospective and poorly drilled Spartans Gilbeys pit was.
Multi bags later I'm feeling pretty vindicated about my level of excitement.
