    Nope. The problem here is we have no mining license and therefore no idea when construction would start. POS means nothing to this stock without those 2 known unknowns. Can only assume from the companies silence the appeals process is doing its job.....delaying the project if not stopping it. Despite SSDs being "impervious to appeals". 1 week today the EPBC website is due for update
