Would not be surprised that we won't see a published decision next week as there is quite a lot of back and forth that happens even when a decision has been made internally as the company then has time to respond. And from an audit of EPBC processes I saw a while back, only 6% of assessments adhere to the legislated timelines so nothing really out of the norm going on. Tanya is probably busy helping out her colleagues making more three-eyed fish memes.
