The market is utterly averse to PM miners across the board and yes, while you can find exceptions at an individual company level, when you look at the broader market you see the common theme of when gold and silver go up the miners barely track the percentage gain (when in the past it would be leveraged). But when gold and silver go down the miners amplify the declines. SVL is just mirroring what is happening in this space. FFS it was over 30 cents when silver had its run up to near $30 in 2021 and that was before IPC approval.
