    Dave M would be spending the $4m raised on himself, not on Infineon if we were cactus.

    Dave M would pay himself double, cancel the sales bonus pool dependent on an exit and structure his pay based on PL 5 & 6 success via big bonuses.

    And yet he hasn't.

    Imec are not keeping us around for 5 years if we were a lost cause.

    This cannot be taken both ways.
